COLD CALLERS
Cold calling is still an important part of running a business. The goal of this marketing effort is to interact with your prospects on a human level and introduce your company to people with whom you want or can work. Without cold callers, your business will become stale and will be unable to produce the results required to increase revenue or business opportunities. Prospecting by phone is still a great way to supplement your overall marketing, appointment setting, and lead generation efforts. HOW DO I GET STARTED WITH THE VA MASTERY SYSTEM?

Getting started with the VA Mastery system is very simple. All you have to do is follow these steps. Click on the steps below to learn more.

1. PICK YOUR PACKAGE
Our package fee is only one time and includes a 6 months replacement warranty. Some packages include the VA Mastery Course.
2. WELCOME PACKET
After picking the perfect package and signing up to the system. We will send you a welcome email that will have all of the details of your order including instructions you will need to follow. Don’t worry, they are very easy to do and do not require too much time!
3. VA INTERVIEW
Once you have followed the instructions from the email, we will then set up the best time for you to interview virtual assistants. It may take days before the schedule but trust that we have already started the process of sourcing, vetting and training the virtual assistants when you purchased the package. Our Client Success Team will set this up for you and help you with the process.
4. VA ENDORSEMENT
Finally, endorsement. We will then endorse the rockstar virtual assistant to you. This is the hand-off and the official onboarding of the VA to your business. They will be under your management and will directly work with you. You will manage their schedule, hours and salary. Don’t worry our Client Success Team will ensure that the hand-off is smooth and properly coordinated.

What if my VA quits?
If your VA quits during the 6 months period of the replacement warranty, you will not need to worry. We will replace the virtual assistant for you for free.
Who is responsible for sending the salary of the VA?
Since we are endorsing them to you as part of your management, you as their employer will be responsible on sending them their salary. How often? You can have an agreement with your VA and if it's weekly or bi-weekly but we are not allowing monthly salary. If you offered a monthly salary, we might get the VA back from you in the meantime and wait until you can guarantee that you can pay them weekly or bi-weekly.
Who is responsible for creating the schedule of the VA?
You are responsible for creating the schedule of the VA. For an 8 hour shift you can put them on a 9 to 5 work schedule and give them an hour for their lunch break. Our Virtual Assistants can adjust to your timezone. But since the tasks are heavily for marketing, we suggest letting them do the campaigns during the allowable marketing hours which is from 8am to 9pm.
Does the package fee include some of the salary of the VA?
No. The package fee is only one time and covers for the service we provide.
How much is the rate of the VA?
They are locked in for $4/hr and will not go any lower. The tasks they can do are entry level and if you would require them to do heavier tasks such as acquisitions, dispositions or managerial position an appraisal would be appropriate.
What are the available positions again?
Available positions you can hire are cold callers, sms marketers, appointment setters & admin assistants.
Where are your virtual assistants from?
They are all from the PH. We strive to outsource globally but for the VA mastery system, we can only provide Filipino Virtual Assistants. They speak good english and they have great work ethics! We love them and so does thousands of our clients.
What if I want to hire someone from the US or other locations? Also, what about different positions?
